We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to join the team, who has experience in management positions in product IT companies or IT outsourcing companies.
Company type: international IT company that provides remote work services, helps to create and manage software development teams remotely.
The position of Operations Director in our company will suit you if:
- You have experience as a CSO or CEO in large system IT in software agencies or IT outsourcing companies
- You have experience scaling business multiple times and restructuring operational processes for further growth of the company
- You have a Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field (MBA is preferred)
- Your English is at a high level
- You have extensive knowledge of the software industry and IT outsourcing, especially in the dynamics of remote work
- You have a demonstrated history of business development and successful integration.
- You are a strong leader, operational thinking, financial acumen.
Tasks that will be part of the responsibilities of our Operations Director:
- Systematize the necessary processes in the company for successful scaling - there is a need to redesign traditional business models to create a disruptive force in the IT outsourcing market, focusing on remote software development solutions
- Strategically grow acquired business from $10M to $50M by identifying new opportunities and optimizing current operations
- To take over from the CEO several departments in direct subordination;
- Effectively integrate acquired companies into our existing business model, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining cultural integrity
- Build, mentor and lead teams to achieve exceptional performance and growth
- Collaborate with CFO to oversee financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning to maximize profitability and efficiency
- Have a focus on things like: Daily Meetings, KPIs, Measurements, Actions, Agreements, Controls, PowerBI Data, Governance
